What are Carl's plans for Charlotte?

Does anyone know what the plans are for Carl at Charlotte? I hope to see him in the open.

As of now I don't know what is going to happen. Pretty sure we can't run the open because we didn't make the points requirement to qualify for it. As for the 600, I think that's still in the works as to whether or not they'll go. As far as appearences I haven't been told of any.
