Alysia's got a boyfriend, Alysia's got a boyfriend!   Sorry, just kidding!  I freaking IDOLIZE James Hylton! One of my all time favorites and definite heros. He and Carl are 2 of the nicest guys you'll ever meet in a garage area as well! I don't know about Kertus driving for him though. I don't think Kertus would do that considering how uncompetitive his cars are. But I wouldn't mind seeing him give it a shot. |

Given where Kertus is at now, I'd consider this a step back. He's driving a few races for Frank Cicci's team at the moment, which could lead to a more full-time deal. Even if he stayed with his family operation, I think it would have him further along than to hop back to ARCA.

I've never had a chance to do this so i'm doing it now:
DTR Motorsports to merge with James Hylton:
A newly formed venture between DTR Motorsports and James Hylton has announced that Kertus Davis will be running full time in the ARCA Remax series in 2006 with sponsorship from Roy Rogers, the team also plans to run the entire busch series schedule if sponsorship can be found. Furthermore Carl Long will be racing for the team in the Nextel Cup Series, they will be running engines out of the Roush Yates stable and will run the full schedule whether or not a sponsor is secured, a 2nd car for Trevor Boys and Kim Crosby will be added as the season goes on.
I really really like James Hylton but I don't see Kertus Davis in his car, a full busch deal could be coming soon.
