Interesting Gear @ Pocono

This week at Pocono, I've heard that the gear ratios will have them running in 4th gear all the way around. This will put less power to the wheels, probably cause more single file racing, and slow the times down some. Easier on motors and transmissions though. Don't know whether to think this will help or hurt Carl's chances at getting into the field.
