Awesome news!

And yeah..I was thinking Conely too for the Michigan team... I can't think of any other team based from Michigan that it could be.

Good news. I think there is another CUP team based in Michigan, but I can't think of it. Probably one of those owned by a football player.

I've always liked RJ. 37 is my lucky number! Wink

I love tom's avatars, its always one of a car that Carl is going to race next.

I dont even have to read his posts anymore, just look at the cars(or trucks)

but sometimes its a photo of a road fading off in the distance....we dont like those...

That's pretty good news.  While R&J isn't as good as they were last year, they're not dead by any means.  They're taking the time to regroup so things should be much better off when they do hit the track again.

And the Michigan team is probably Conely Motorsports.  They've worked with Rick Bickle and Kevin Lepage in the past, usually just attempting the Michigan races.  I don't recall them ever making the show, but they're a hard working team.

Im with you, im pretty sure that Conley Motorsports is the Michigan team. Im glad Carl will be back on track soon. Im trying to get tickets to Darlington, so if I do go I can give you guys a report like I did FRM at Marty. Grin

Clearly the R&J racing Dodge needs a PEO-Pros decal on it.   Afro

Pffffffft good luck with that.

Anyway, Conely Motorsports sold all their stuff to primarily ARCA drivers, according to Brian Keselowski. Conely is apparently done for the time being, unless theyre buying new stuff (which I find unlikely at the moment).

The only other team I know of off hand in Michigan is Brad Keselowski's truck team, but they didn't have much sponsorship this year and I think he has kind of quit.

Hope Carl does well in the 37.

Interesting...well good news, I guess.  Hope R&J have stepped it up some.  Sure wish this could've happened last year or in the off-season.  But they're GA based...that's always a plus too.  Maybe KelleeKars.com could sponsor?   Wink  Where are you SDuda!

Where is R&J's shop?  Georgia or North Carolina?  Will Carl get to go and help prepare the cars himself?  (always a plus in my mind)  Or depend on the team?

Good to see Carl back in action regardless!  Go get em Carl!! Smiley Cheesy Grin Cool Evil Afro
