Now you know what McClure had to put up with thumbsup2

And Kertus, and Jason White, and Tina Gordon, and J.R. Robbs, and Mike Potter, apparently.

Hopefully, FRM has a better maid. Holy smokes!

This is my favorite pic:

uh, wow! LOL...that's pretty rough.  Wonder what that will sell for?

That's a pretty common sight among the rural backcountry, isnt it josh?

I don't know if I totally agree with this.  I feel like the Busch/Nationwide series has bigger problems than the #01 team parking.  Participation period is a problem, especially at certain places on the schedule.  Full-time Busch ONLY teams are almost unheard of.  What's up with that?  I think things like that are more of a problem than the #01 parking some.

I think I'd miss the team is they do actually go away.  It's had some decent times along the way.

I agree with the good luck charm here. Compared to the big Cup teams coming in and kill the series, I honestly don't mind the 01 parking as much.

Plus it gave us this gem:

I'm sorry, but THAT is a picture that will never get old!!!  Grin

As for the Pennington deal, holy smokes, that is crazy. Bad deal for everyone except Key. I really like how that organization is doing well without additional funding.

"Chump" would be the most fitting.

Saying its ok to park is like saying, "it was ok for me to steal that TV during the L.A riots because the window to the store was already broken."

It doesn't make it ok in the eyes of the Lord. (don't forget that *I* am the Lord!......sarcasm!)

Parking is STILL a sin!!!! No matter what the circumstances! Field filling and parking is the equivilant of masturbating to your sister. ("but I *had sex* with her!!")  Its not like the #01 team hasn't knocked teams that would have attempted the full distance out of a race before.

The #01 excluded, I'm mainly referring to Bastard Davis' attempts in many years previous with his slew of parkmojunkards. Hell, just look at that P.O.S in the beackground of that pic! I don't even remember the last time I saw a #70 Parker in the George W. Series!!!!

Parker! Sad

Yeah, but haven't you said in the past you didn't think parking was bad if you were just a field filler?

As for Labonte's question, I'm pretty sure that's an old Kertus car, based on the paint scheme.

Agreed.

I believe that #0 has Kertus Davis above the door.  The other car in the background looks like one they used a long time ago.  Dunno if it was in Busch or not?

That #10 if anyone recalls might be from 2004 when Gus Wasson or Jason Schuler ran it.

Yup I have said that.

And yup, own3d!

Its still like having sexual thoughts about your cousin though not acting on them. The very importan word "not" was missing from my above post in referring to having sex with my sister. I accidentally didn't type it. And no, I dont have a sister BTW! Wink

Its tolerable to park as a field filler but it doesnt exclude you from the act of sinning.

The more I look at those pictures, the more I wonder who in the hell would buy that stuff? All of the cars except for 1 are wrecked pretty bad. most of the chassis look rusted and all of the other parts look to be worn out. Can't see them selling this stuff for any more than for pennies on the dollar.

Yep, a lot of that stuff is absolute junk.  That 01 that Danny Elfand tore to hell at Dover probably needs a new clip, that car looks like it would've been thrown in the junk yard soon enough lol.  had a junk yard behind it

That's what I was looking at while ago...they're almost all torn up, lol.  I don't remember ALL of the cars being torn up, but almost all of them are destroyed.  We'll see...

So Keith Dusenberg & Dwayne Leik are completely out of the picture? I think I heard here on this board that they were involved in "name only" circumstances and sold their existing owner points from 2006 to Valet Davis for that #0 Hefty Garbage Sac.

Anyone know what Dusenburg/Leik are up to these days? That was a good team and I'll always pull for Leik as I originally remember him as Dave Marcis' manager and sporadic driver of his ARCA cars and 2nd #72 entry!

Also, why did Davis take his Eagle Jet aviation company off of the car? Wasn't the original team name "Eagle Jet Racing" or something like that? Jeez, I'd sure hate to fly on a "start & park" airline! Shocked
